  • Nature's Miracle is supposed to wrok pretty well. It's expenisve though, so I use oxyclean.

  • We bought a Little Green Clean Machine, and they have a special pet formula cleaner for it. It works great, but you do have to catch it immediately. If it soaks through, it gets into the padding and even into the floor boards, and then it's almost impossible to get rid of the odor.

  • I'd like to know too! The people who lived in my apartment before me must have kept the damn litter box in the hall closet. It smells nasty when you open it, so I can't even use it and I'd really like to....

  • Pet Smart sells some cleaner that is suppose to remove the odor.

  • A cheaper way is baking soda mixes w, lemon juice,,,,,leave on overnight !!!

  • is it way old urine ...... casue if it fresh or with in a week I would just use carpet cleaner . or you can go to your petco and they have cleaning products that were made just for that
