what's a good way to loss 10 pounds in a week or two??

  • I have lost 5 pounds since Saturday using Oxyelite Pro. Its all natural herbs. (pill form). but I also diet, and workout daily

  • what older said, also add fiber a fiber supplement, it will help clean you out safely. That's all those "cleanse" diets/detox are is a fiber supplemenmt with vitamins and herbs. Metamucil is much cheaper and easier on your system! And you can use it regularly every single day. Just follow the directions and do it 3 times a day.

  • Drink water only so you aren't getting any added calories. and eats lots of fiber

  • ten pounds in one week isn't safe. A cleanse is one thing, removing weight by reducing water, and other nutrients from the body along with it is another thing. You can safely drop maybe five lbs.

  • It's not safe to lose 10 lbs in a week or 2, regardless of what those shows on TV show extremely obese people doing. You need realistic expectations before you'll have any success. I've lost 48 lbs so far by WORKING at it, and letting it happen SLOWLY.
