  • Do you care that he cheated. What does it mean to you?

  • No. Ask him for the divorce. He did you wrong, kick his cheating scum bag ass out.

  • I would have gotten over it. But now he is working late as he claims and being distant. I can't get over it if it never ended.

  • if you are not happy and cannot forgive him no because if he thinks you are alright with it he is not going to go out of his way to disrupt his perfect world if he does not have to. Men even if they are misable will stay if it is more comfortable and convenient. If he is afraid of paying CS or alimony or having to do every other weekend visits he will probably stay. So if you want out I would say make a plan and file.

Rational? Okay, from what you said above he is probably still cheating and will continue. The rational thing to do is leave him and save yourself as well as your kid(s) from anymore pain.
