  • I would not stop her, but I absolutely wouldn't like it at all.

  • I would encourage her to do what she wanted to do, although in the back of my mind, I'd be terrified for her.

  • It's her choice but I would definately fill her in on risks and not coed.

  • It depends on how old she.. If it something she really wants to do.. i dont see the problem. You never know she may try it and end up not likeing it. Good Luck!

  • I will encourage her to do what ever she wants to do. I know with my school girls only wrestled other girls or the smallest guys.

  • Sure, why not?
I am getting crap at work though for putting my 3 year old son in gymnastics.. apparently that's too '"girly" for a boy.. I am not in to gender activities being an issue.. it should be for want and passion and experimenting with what they like or not.

  • i dont see why not. as long as theyre physically and mentally prepared they'll be fine. as for the co-ed thing, make sure she knows what boundaries shouldnt be crossed by the boys (or her), and have at it!

  • I wanted to in hs. The coach tried telling me girls can't do it. It would be uncomfortable because of differant possitions. Finally got him to say it was ok... and my parents said no its not for girls. Support your daughter in all she wants to do. We can do everything and more men can.
