  • Once they are 'toddling" around. Usually just over a year old.

  • I would say technically when they start walking or "toddling" they are a toddler, but just based on age I'd go with one year.

  • It's about 16 months-3. At 3 they become preschoolers.

  • 12 months to 3 years old they are considered a toddler.

  • As soon as they start to walk or toddle. Do not judge foods and baby products on the basis of words like "toddler", "preschooler", or "newborn". Each child deserves to be treated according to his or her individual needs and circumstances.
