bed time

My son will be two years old at the end of march. He never has fought us before until last week. We use to be able to read books than just put him into bed, no crying and 5 mits later hes asleep. Now lately he is fighting us to go into his crib for bed. We wanted to ask what yall do for bed time other than reading books or a bath. We were thinking maybe hes ready for a big boy bed?

  • we have clean up time first, then about 10-20 minutes of cuddle/close time then bed time. the girls get tucked in and it's lights out goodnight, we don't give them choices :) we do have the occasional quiet down go to sleep i shouldn't hear you talking... bla bla but we keep our feet planted

  • My daughter is 25 months and she goes through phases where she will be a pain about falling asleep. Just stick with your normal routine and be consistant about it. Unless there is something wrong like teething or an ear infection, chances are that it will pass imo.
