  • Umm...that sounds kind of gross to me, but to each their own. I like a salad with craisins, goat cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette, or one with cheddar, apples, and balsamic vinaigrette, or steak and italian dressing.

  • I like a normal leaf-lettuce salad with red cabbage, cucumbers, carrot shreds, sunflower seeds, and a few croutons with light Italian dressing. Mmmmm....

  • I make a killer Caprese Salad (if I don't say so myself).
    I use Spring Mix, Grape Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella Balls and drizzle it with Fresh Herb Balsamic Dressing (1/2 C. Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 C. Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 C Fresh Basil, 1/4 C Fresh Parsley, 1 clove Garlic & 1 tsp Dijon Mustard, processed in food processor until smooth) You MUST try it!!!
