What distractions do you use when you really want to eat junk food?

  • I always carry Juice Plus gummies with me so when I have a craving I'm armed and ready with a healthy treat.

  • i eat something healthy instead. Like, last night DH was eating ice cream right in front of me. well, i just HAD to eat something after staring at him enjoying it so much. So, i stole one of my DD's strawberry apple sauces. Only 80 calories, lots of sugar...but it totally made my cravings go away.

    If you're craving salt, eat a handfull of peanuts instead of chips, if you want something sweet, you can always buy those light ice creams. They are actually so good! I get these sugar free chocolate covered ice cream bars & they are actually wicked yummy & only 80 calories. I need to buy more of them, i am out!
