  • Leslie Saonsone's Walk Away The Pounds.....it's easy steps anyone can do and for a beginner you can start with just doing a 1 mile workout. As you build strength and endurance you can do 2, 3 4 even 5 mile workouts. When I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes her workouts helped me lose 50 pounds in 6 months.
