Any natural remedies that will help with PMS cramps?

  • I like Red Raspberry leaf tea (the one I buy is by Allegro and is called Queen Bee Balance). I also like Dandelion root tea (the one I buy is by Allegro and is called Glowing and Flowing. It also contains nettles.). I have pretty good luck with both of those. I sometimes make a gallon and ice it so I can sip it throughout the day.

  • In addition to the wonderful things above, I like a homeopathic called PTI, which I buy from my chiropractor, and I always keep a hot compress around. A heating pad, hot water bottle, hot pack, or even just an old tube sock filled with rice and thrown in the microwave for a couple minutes feels sooooo great!
