Does your SO get treated like one of the kids?

I tell my DH that if he acts like a kid he gets treated like one!

  • haha i often joke that i have two kids (my dh and SO), and that he's the son i always wanted lol-- just b/c he often plays w/ our daughter and it's always at the dinner table i have to remind them to mind their manners! besides that he does act like a kid sometimes, but i love it- makes me feel young again lol

  • Nope. He is my partner and so we are in charge. Some times we get into arguments and realize we are reprimanding the other like a kid lol. It usually makes us laugh and Ill say youre grounded. But other then something silly like that no.

  • No. Why on earth would I demean my man by treating him like a child?

  • No. My husband is not a child . He is my partner in life, not my child. I could never, would never demean my husband by treating him like a child. I would never want him to treat me like a child either.

No matter his behaviors, even if he acted "childish" for some reason, I would still never treat him like a child. I act childish at times, I pout at times, I don't want to do the things I have to/need to do at times, just like anyone else. I would not appreciated being treated like a child during those times. If would not stand to be treated a certain way by him, why would I treat him in that manner in return.
