Obama adm in contempt. Should that be an impeachable offense?

U.S. Adminstration In Contempt Over Gulf Drilling Moratorium, Judge Rules

The Obama Administration acted in contempt by continuing its deepwater drilling moratorium after the policy was struck down, a New Orleans judge ruled.

Interior Department regulators acted with “determined disregard” by lifting and reinstituting a series of policy changes that restricted offshore drilling, following the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history, U.S. District Judge, Martin Feldman of New Orleans ruled yesterday.

    Grow Up!

Stop your partisan whining and put some energy in the brighter side of our recovery, instead of always trying to find something wrong.

This country was in the Sh!+ hole when Obama arrived. If a Republican were doing the exact same things, getting the exact same results, YOU PEOPLE would be applauding him.

(Waaaaaaa! No matter how much you whine, complain, cry, and object... your shriveled little hearts, you KNOW it's true!)

  • Aww. Anon Troll, I can just feel the love. You always have such kind things to say,and just brighten up everyone's day. It's a pleasure to come read your words *SNICKER*. Sorry, I really tried to write that with a straight face, but I just couldn't! As for the OP, yes, I do indeed think it should be an impeachable offense. Course, Barry and his minions are so offensive anyway (hint, hint, anon troll), that it's hard to just pick one thing.

  • I dont know about how it would work with him, however any citizen who is in contempt of court is technically committing a crime. For instance in a manner maybe some here might understand, if you have a court order allowing visits for your children and do not take them to visit your ex you can be held in contempt for not following said court order. Contempt of court usually is a fine, jail time or a slap on the wrist. I would think if it was criminal to be in contempt for a regular citizen, the same standards would apply for any government official.
