When you feel bummed what picks you up?

I had a really nice day but something came up and kinda bummed me out. What is something small I can do to perk up? I have already taken 10 really deep breaths to ground myself.

  • Watching the Real Housewives.... any of them. LOL And excercising. Something about it just gets me in a better place although I complain through most of it.... so maybe I just get my complaining out. lol
