how much are you wanting to loose?

how much weight are you realisticly wanting to loose? and how soon are you wanting to have it done by?
im 5ft 2 and i weigh 142.. i think i look pretty god but im very soft..

  • I would like to get to 155 maybe a little less if I dont like the way my body looks when I get there.. I am 160lbs right now.. And I plan on getting down to 155 within a month.. And Im 5' 9 1/2. I just mainly want to tighten my belly butt and legs

  • I need to lose about 50 lbs. I weigh 175 and I am only 5' 3". I don't feel huge but I know that my weight is really high.

  • I want to lose 60 pounds. I know it will take a while. Right now I weigh 192 and I am 5'4". :( I hate it!

  • Well I need to lost 50lbs. BUT instead of looking at this HUGE goal I'm wanting to reach I am gonna look at it as I want to lose 10lbs. And after that another 10 I am hoping this way I don't feel like I"m losing this battle. I want to lose 50lbs in 5 months. I think its possible just gonna be REALLY hard. GL in your goals!!
