About how long does it take to get an associates degree in nursing including the time for general ed/pre-requisites?

  • It will take around 2 years, going full time , to get the prereqs. Then another 2 years for the nursing program.

  • I'm a single mom, work full-time and am getting my nursing degree. It took me 3 years to do my prereqs b/c I got my nursing transfer degree, and it will take me another 2 years to get through nursing school

  • we have a one year lvn program here in Texas. You have to take a test to qualify.
