Life Span of Cooked Meat...?

How long will browned hamburger last in the refrigerator until it starts to go bad?

We have some spaghetti meat sauce that's been in the fridge since mid-January.....is it still good?

  • Oh heavens no. 1 week, tops. Toss it mama. If you have that again, freeze the extra - it will keep for a long time in the freezer and taste just as good (if not better!).

  • If it is frozen it is fine. If it's just sitting in the fridge dump it.

  • No.Dump it. Don't take a chance with your family's health. Leftovers should not be used after about 3 days. If it's going to be longer, freeze it, and it will be safe.
