Should Facebook act differently in countries with oppressive governments?

  • If Facebook wants their site to be able to run in those countries, then yes. They want that ad revenue coming in, then they have to make concessions for their site to be used there.

  • No, facebook should follow the rules of the country where it is headquartered, it is up to the people in other countries to follow their own laws.
