I got country style ribs at the store for the first time and they say beef, but all the recipes i see are pork. strange? Also, does anyone have a good slow cooker recipe to bbq these?

  • Just put them in the slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce - beef or pork ribs turn out great.

  • You can get beef or pork it doesnt matter. I like to put a little stock in there, some water too if you're slow cooking. If you like any seasonings like garlic, onion, italian seasoning is nice and smells great. I let it sit in the stock and then make the sauce seperate later, not everyone likes them really saucy, and dipping a little is healthier than covering them.
