What's for dinner?

I have pinto beans on the stove cooking, and plan on cooking turkey meatloaf, turnip greens, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. What is everyone else having for dinner? Or is it too early to be planning dinner?

  • Spaghetti squash with a fresh tomato sauce and Italian chicken nuggets (made from real chicken, not those weird things from the freezer section) and a green salad.

  • Either leftover pizza, or something from the food court/McDonalds before we go to Walmart. Yippee.

  • "Quick Cassoulet". Not as good as the real deal, but since I don't have seven hours or duck confit it'll do.

  • Frozen pizza here too - the weather is finally nice enough for the kids to play outside, so DH will be out with them while I work, and when we all reconvene at home it'll be too late to cook & still get to bed on time!
