If there is pain then it is not cancer. If it happens regularly it is not a heart attack. It might be food related. Avoid sitting or lying down for two hours after you eat. Drink lots of water. Avoid fatty foods. Avoid caffeine. Walk as far as you can each day to improve your fitness. Do this late in the day if possible. try this for two weeks and keep a journal during this time. Record every item that you eat or drink, your exercise, and how you feel. Then check at the end with your progress. You will have plenty of evidence then if you decide to visit the doctor.
