Did you do the give all my kids names that start with the same letter?

  • I did with my first two (ex husband), we did J's with my son and daughter. When my current DH and I had our son, we named him "Ian" :)

  • Yeah it just kinda happened with my first to match with my step son and now one more kid later it still starts with a T, but we are expecting a girl in June and her name will be Madelyn. I told my husband since shes a girl she can be different.

  • We only have one, so yes, we did ... LOL

But if we ever have another, it wouldn't be intentional if both names began with a C.

  • No but I did the "iahs".  My hubs name is Jeremiah.  We named our first born boy Jeremiah Jr.  Then our girl we named Jamiah, female version of his name.  Then our third child we named Makiah, because we wanted to stick with the "iahs".  Then the next child, not here yet, will be named Malakiah.

  • No I didn't. But still we have created a pattern without intending too. Our children's names all have an a for the second letter and end in k. Jack, Mark and Patrick... They were all named after relatives that are important to us, their similar names are just a coincidence. Now if we have another boy, his name will be completely different, Osbourne for my dad. A girl would be named Frances.
