  • Austrailian Roast Chicken. Easiest chicken and most delicious meal you'll ever eat!! Go to the store and get a whole chicken. Bring it home, and rinse it, taking out the gizzards, neck, ect... I just throw that stuff away. Place chicken on a roasting pan. (A cookie sheet or baking dish will work in a pinch) Set your oven to 350 F, 200 C. Place it in the oven until the juice runs clean, approximately 20 minutes per pound.

Do not season. Do not cover. Do not baste. I like to put cut up onions in the butt, but just because I like the taste of onions roasted in chicken. I also roast some potatoes with it, always, and sometimes carrots. Just was the veggies well, cut the potato in half (if it's huge cut it in 3's, but you want BIG chunks) and place them on the pan. Turn them once during the cooking process, to make sure they don't burn. I love to cook fresh green beans on the side, just boiled.

If you are extra ambitious, you can
