  • I was on Premarin for a couple of years until I was diagnosed with breast cancer. There are natural products you can take. Go to a local health food store or check with your pharmacist.

  • Black Cohosh is supposed to help but I've tried it and it didn't help me.  I've just started taking Maca but it's too soon to tell if it's making a difference yet.

  • Peppermint oil. Sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale slowly and deeply.
Add two or three teaspoons of Soy protein to your daily diet.
400-600IU of vitaminE on a daily basis. ** May take 2-4 weeks to get results**
When symtoms arise control your breathing to allow only five inhale/exhales sequences per minute
One 500 mg capsule of ginseng twice a day in early am and early evening.
