  • certain foods & vitamins can trigger dreams to happen more. For instance, if you take a b-complex vitamin with added vitamin C, you will dream more. Isn't that strange? So, it could be food related. Are you playing any video games? This can also cause more dreaming, because video games actually put our bains in a weird functioning state & sometimes, because of video games, our minds are more active even during sleep. There is a name for that, but i forget what it's called.

Do you drink any caffein? Even just a cup of tea a few hours before bed can alter your brain patterns during sleep. Keep a daily record of your routines hours before bed. You might find a connection. I also find, that i have a harder time sleeping during different moon phases. During the new moon (which just happened) i have a harder time sleeping at night. You can look at a lunar calendar & track the days you have a hard time sleeping.

  • Ok every one dreams every one. However not always you must reach rem sleep first. Now remembering them is different many people don't remember their dreams. Or only do for a short time. Granted samuria is correct food and drink can alter dreams,.. or at least influence them. However some times there is more to dreams. Some times they are signs, warnings, or little tid bits from things to come. However dreams are not straight forward all the time. Some times what you think it means isn't even close to what your dream is really telling you
