  • My 3 year old loves sandwiches (sometimes) - usually PB & J - with carrots and ranch dip on the side.
    He also likes "snackie lunches" as I've always called them - veggies cut up with dip, cheese, baloney, crackers, pickles...things like that. That was my favorite as a kid and I still love to eat it with him now.

  • im wondering the same thing..however, i have a bit of a problem. my son is a very picky eater and is starting pre-school next month. i was just informed that peanut butter isnt allowed..along with any other food containing any kind of nut.. all he will eat for lunch is peanut butter sandwiches!!! :(

  • I would make a big batch of vegetable cream cheese with broccoli, radishes, spinach, carrots all shredded up in the food processor and use it to make sandwiches, spread on tortillas or send in cups with crackers.. MY kids also like cold mac and cheese, and salads
