  • Not guilty. I never even talk without a hands-free device. For a while I was too tempted at messing with the iPod feature on my iPhone, so I started leaving it in my bag and putting my bag on the floor behind the driver's seat.

  • I Only text when I stop at a stop sign, otherwise it's on silent so I have no clue if it goes off.
