  • Salty craving, fat free popcorn. Chocolate, fat free sugar free Jello. Those are my favorite picks. Plus you can put bananas in the Jello and use different flavors.

  • Dark chocolate (in small servings at a time) isn't really bad for you because of the antioxidants. As for salty things, one of my favorite things to fix is sweet potato fries. They're healthier than white potato fries. I'll slice them up and sprinkle some with salt, then make some with cinnamon on them. Just try to focus on not going nuts with whatever you eat. A little indulgence sometimes isn't that bad.

  • I totally forgot about popcorn lol. That's another one of my "go-to" salty snacks.

  • Allow yourself small portions of what you're craving. When I'm PMSing I allow myself a bit of what I'm craving so I don't go overboard. I also exercise regularly (6 days) which helps with cramps and keeps me in a good mood. :)

  • Weird as it may sound, my current favorite salty treat is low-fat cottage cheese. A litle one cup serving is just perfect, fairly low cal(about 200 calories), and high in B12, riboflavin, and selenium.
