  • The only people who want gun control are the criminals! People kill people. If there is gun control it will leave us wide open for all kind of criminal activity. Now they have to think a little bit before they break into that next home, what if they have a gun? No guns does not mean no shootings.

  • If a child wanders into a room and a wardrobe falls on them, did the wardrobe kill them, the person who built the wardrobe, the person who put the wardrobe there or the person who should have stopped the child entering the room?

    It makes more sense to ask about contributing factors, than to pick just one factor and put 100% of the blame on that.

    If a child wanders into a room, and accidently shoots themself with a gun, there are a number of contributing factors that increased the danger of the situation. The presence of the gun is one of them. Children rarely kill themselves by pointing a finger at their head then saying "BANG".
