losing weight ?????

Ok my new years resolution was to lose weight and get in shape.
Now its February and Im just starting ( have been so busy lately)
What are any strategies to lose weight and get in shape
any programs any good dvd, or diet pills that works for you?

  • NO DIET PILLS! They aren't safe, they rarely work as you have to eat right and exercise with them....and so many get pulled after long term shows side effects such as stroke, heart attack, liver damage/failure, kidney damage/failure.....

    All you need to do is calculate how many calories you need to eat to lose weight for your age, height and current weight (lone is: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm) ,eat healthy calories, lean proteins, healthy fats, healthy whole grain carbs, veggies and fruits and exercise daily.

    The group right here on cafemom called: 2011 Weight Loss "Ready for a new me" is an awesome bunch of ladies with lots of tips and motivation!!!

  • Watch doctoroz I love hime b/c he has all the great health foods that are like taking supplements that your body needs to lose weight. See the thing is that losing weight isn't about a diet ok...it really is about changing your life style in your eating habits and energy wise because it takes a lot to lose weight. Oh but as far as pills get Alli. It really is good.
