how do i get back to sleep?

i am a first time mom pregnant currently at 21 weeks.. Every night since about 6 weeks pregnant i have woken up between 3 and 5 am and it takes me hours to get back to sleep. thus throwing my whole day off. It is an every day occurrence and getting rather frustrating. advice of any kind will be helpful. Ive tried reading, watching television, eating, but end up laying there for hours.. please help

  • I ended up buying one of those huge wrap around pregnancy pillows. It worked wonders! Good luck mama!
