Chili toppings!

I am doing a chili bar for the super bowl.

Before I head out to the store, what toppings do you suggest?

Here is what I plan:
diced avocado
cooked pasta (though my spouse thinks quinoa is better)
diced jalapenos
diced onion
shredded cheese
sour cream

  • Hot dogs. People can make chili dogs.

     onions,

     shreded cheese

I have never thought of pasta as a chili topping.

I have never heard of avacodos on chili, but I guess to each their own jalapenos are good. Sour creanm sounds good.

  • I should have mentioned that we don't eat meat; thank you for the suggestions, though!

  • So every one at the party do not eat meat? You should accommodate everyone.

  • I will not have meat in my home.

If we kept kosher, would you expect us to serve cheeseburgers?

  • Greek style yogurt and hot dogs. I think you pretty much covered all the bases. I like the greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It's just as thick but less calories.

  • If you came to my house and I knew you were a vegetarian. I would have non meat items for you to eat.   I guess you would not do the same for me as a meat eater.  Thank goodness we do not know each other. right?
