  • Not if it's an umbrella stroller. Not enough support.

Other than that, if it's within the first few weeks, I wouldn't go far from home. Maybe stay within 1/4 mile.

  • Absolutely! Make sure that the baby is dressed properly for the weather, and get walking! It's a great way for you to get exercise and for both of you to get some fresh air.

  • It would depend on the temps outside, otherwise I wouldn't see why not.

  • Sure. I would take into account where you live though. Bundle baby up accordingly and enjoy the day!

  • Yup, as long as it isn't freezing and your stroller can accommodate a nb (i.e. a travel system where the car seat snaps in or a stroller that reclines flat or nearly flat for a nb) then you should go for it! Its a great way to start getting some exercise postpartum..

  • yes! that was the only thing that would calm my son down sometimes, he loves and still does love to be outside!

  • Absolutely. Just be sure to keep a blanket over the stroller.

  • I did.
I just reclined it all the way back. It was summer, so no problems with temperature. But if you bundle you're baby up, (s)he'll be fine.
