  • I think table foods are fine to give an 11month old. I have 4 boys and have always given them table foods. Fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. Pasta, yougurt, baby cereals. With my 4th son, we have been seeing a dietitian due to weight gaining issues and she as given me some great ideas on how to get a variety of foods in. Things like winter squash with butter, mashed potatoes, bananas with cereal are just some examples. I also feed my son cut up chicken breast.

  • Whatever I'm eating. We don't salt our foods heavily, and spices are fine! If there is anything I am going to salt/sugar, then I take out the small bit I'm going to be feeding them before I do. For breakfast, he liked pancakes (silver dollar size) and fruit maybe some yogurt, lunch was 1/2 sandwich and some type of veggie (I kept a lot of frozen veggies, unsalted, and then would steam up whatever sounded good that day), and then supper was a little of whatever we were having.
