  • every day. no brand per se, but C, D, E, B12, lecethin and probiotics. Oh and a foul iron supplement.

  • I take liquid vitamins every morning in my coffee. Regular vitamins make me sick to my stomach. I've tried on an empty stomach, I've tried it with a meal and I still get sick. I started taking Organic Life liquid vitamins ( made from fruits and veggies) and they do not make me sick at all since I put it in my coffee. I take 1 oz per day and they are $20 for a bottle that lasts one month.
