What are some good 'core' exercises?

I really want to build my core so I can try for another baby. Any 'core' workout suggestions?

  • I love Pilates - it focuses on the core during all exercises.

  • I suggest Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones DVD..she has some amazing core and elsewhere exercises in it! I lost an inch in my stomach and a pant size after only a month - and I didn't even work out every day after the first week, lol. My stomach is smaller and my saddlebags are, too. Whoop whoop!

  • Pilates is great! Also planks - start w/ 15 seconds and add 5 or 10 seconds every week.
