Where can I get Fenugreek?

I think that is what it is called...? To help up my milk supply. Do you just get it at the grocery store or Target or do you have to get it at an all natural store?

  • I could not find it at Target, Walmart or local pharmacies. I had to go to the vitamin shoppe. I was taking 3 610mgs 3x a day. My milk only went up by 1 oz for the whole day. i took them for over 3 weeks, apparently it does not work for some people, so good luck!

  • This is what worked for me when I was having supply problems

    Nurse frequently
Drink lots of water, at least 6 oz every time you nurse and every time you pump
Have lots of skin-to-skin contact with your baby
    Take brewers yeast tabs
Look at pictures of your baby while you pump
Wait at least an hour after nursing to pump.

  • A pharmacy should have it. Fenugreek alone didn't help me much. I drink Breastea from and I have seen a big increase in my milk supply since starting it.
