  • I love to walk. When I walk I walk off all my stress. I feel great afterwards! Physically and emotionally.

  • Find a buddy! Even if you can't work out with someone, just talking (on the phone or online) to someone works great for me! I report to them every day, "Hey, I did _______ today!" Even if they don't give you grief about not doing it (which I wouldn't want), just having that other person to "let down" by me not doing my sit-ups is enough for me!
