What is considered a "Hight Fever"?

  • I will post some links also.  A "high" fever can vary.  It depends on what your childs natural temp is.

  • most er's dont even consider it a fever until its 100 or more

  • my sister is a pediatrician and she says over 100.4. but a fever is good, it means your childs body is fighting off infection.

  • I was told by our pediatrician that a true fever starts at 100.1 and call your doctor or visit the ER if it hits 103.0
