What do you eat/drink when sick?

Chicken soup, ginger ale, crackers.....

  • when i was younger, tuna (with a little bit of mayo) and crackers was just about the only thing that made me feel better when i was sick. and gatorade

  • Whatever sounds good, and it depends what kind of sick, too. If it's GI, then anything bland that sounds good, though I don't worry too much about eating, just staying hydrated. If it's resperitory, again whatever sounds good. No dairy whatsoever with any of my sickies.

  • ~*Laughes*~... I think it depends on the type of sick?!?!

    If I am throwing up, orange juice, tastes the same coming up as it does going down, which makes the whole icky thing not as bad???

    If I am just plain sick I'll do as my Nana used to say, "Jewish Penicilin" (Chicken rice soup from scratch with added fresh garlic), light drinks (7up etc. without carbination)... and lots of water!!!
