A lot of cramping today...

Maybe my post was too long a bit ago.. :D
Long story short, yesterday I had a very stressful day with 2 y/o DD. This morning I woke with a headache and I'm cramping a lot. I'm 38 weeks and have yet to feel a braxton hicks contraction, at least if I've been having them they don't feel like they did with DD#1. I remember when I went into labor with DD the contractions felt like menstrual cramps (like what I'm feeling now) mixed with a gas cramp. (Not feeling that so much.) I've been timing them and they're irregular - with DD when I started feeling them they were consistently 3 minutes apart all day until we finally went in to the hospital. I'm just not sure what to think. We moved out to the country and we're an hour away from the hospital, and I'm alone here today with 2 y/o DD. Should I call someone? My instincts tell me something's not right.

  • If your instincts tell you something isn't right, IMO call the doctor. It can't hurt to get his opinion.
