My 22 month old stopped sleeping through the night! I'm so blah from lack of sleep! Any Ideas why?

She is teething but that issue gets addressed before bed

  • Toddlers have sleep regression. It usually lasts a week or two then it's back to normal.

  • yea I agree with the first poster. Both my kids did that around that age. I would just quietly go into their rooms and lay them back down, EVERY time. I was a Zombie, but it did stop after about a month of me not budging. Oh and they both cried themselves to sleep at that age too

Just because you address it before bed does not mean that it doesn't pop back up at night.
