  • I eat lean protein and produce along with taking Juice Plus Garden Blend, Orchard Blend and Vineyard Blend everyday to be sure I get all the nutrients and anitoxidents I need.

  • I eat a small handful of almonds every day (about 7). We eats lots of broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, carrots, beans, lentils, whole grains, sweet potatoes, brown rice y whole grain pasta, extra virgin olive oil, onions, garlic, avocados and lean proteins.
