can a yeast infection go away on its own during pregnancy if so how

  • Its difficult, and there is really no need to see if it will go away on it's own. You can still use monistat. But if you are looking for something "safer" you can eat a ton of yogurt. That sometimes works.

  • Um, never had a yeast infection go away on it's own, it just gets worse. They do sell OTC yeast infection meds. They work

  • I'm not sure, but if you have one, you might want to get it treated since it can hurt the baby.

  • Never heard of a yeast infection hurting the baby. But it DOES need to be treated

  • I would really consult with a doctor, do not just assume it will go away on its own. If the infection gets too bad, it can infect your uterus, and put you into early labor. The mucus plug can only handle so much, so play it safe, and talk to your doctor! hope everything works out!
