  • cold cereal-try cheerios or one of the Chex ones. Wheat is the best of the 3
French toast made with whole wheat bread-that's quick. Takes like 10 min to make. Go easy on the syrup,or dust with powdered sugar
    Fruit,banana,strawberries,grapes

  • And always remember that if hes not a breakfast eater then you can give him other options. My nephew enjoys a turkey and cheese sandwich for breakfast. And I see nothing wrong with that

  • Don't get stuck on 'breakfast foods' Some kids are just not breakfast foods kids. My youngest from 4 yrs old on hated cereal, and the only time he wanted panckes, eggs, or anyuthing breakfasty was for supper. He wanted mac n cheese. Leftover spaghetti, left over chicken. I finally quit listening to others and let him eat what he wanted..it was all WAY better than him grabbing some nasty sweet something.
As far as other choices...my grandkids love peanut butter on a toasted bagel and yogurt for breakfast. Sometimes my GD only wants a carnation breakfast and a piece of toast. I'm okay with that. My GS loves apple slices , peanut butter and applesauce for breakfast.

  • My boys like oatmeal, yogurt, toast with peanut butter, fruit, hard boiled eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, granola bars, cold cereal - other than hard boiled eggs & muffins (which take a little while to do them correctly, but they can be done the night before), none of those take more than 10 minutes or less.

  • I also cook waffles and spread peanut butter on it, but that's for me personally. I usually give my ds a peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread.

  • I make pancakes or french toast on the weekend but I make extra to put in baggies in the freezer. Then during the week, I just pop a couple in the toaster. :)
