Do you schedule your workouts?

And if so, how successful are you at sticking to your schedule?

  • Yup. If I don't, I usually don't do them. And now that I've got someone to do meet me at the gym two days a week, it helps me to keep on my schedule.

  • Its best to workout at the sme time everyday or in the mornings its to help burn more calories..

  • I now have a reminder on my phone, so I go the same time 3 days a week.

  • Yes, I would workout regularly because it's such a habit anyway, but I workout harder and more efficiently if I have a schedule and a planned workout as well. Currently training for a marathon so I run 4 days, strength train 2 days and swim/pilates/yoga on one of the run days and have 1 rest day a week.

  • As you see your body looking much better after each workout, it is easier to keep up at least 3 times a week.

  • no, with 2 kids 4 and 8 months, i try to get them in at nap time

  • Well, I schedule them in that I work out when my daughter naps and after she's gone to bed. So technically, they are scheduled but that time varies.
