Do you ever feel nervous/anxious when you go into your childs backback?

I never know what I'll find. Bad letters, bad homework, sticky objects, smelly items, and so on

  • Not yet but my son is in pre-k so I'm sure it will be different in a few years.

  • I used to find bad notes, but this year she is doing pretty good, Her science went from a failing notice to an A. And the rest of her classes are B and A levels.
Plus she just brings her binder to school now. The school has this rule about keeping their back packs in the lockers so no one will trip on the bags in the class rooms.

  • not nervous, just curious as to what fee or charge is due/coming, as it seems there is always something (other than lunches) that cost $5, $10, etc., practically every week!

  • At least you are looking in your child's backpack. In our class there are kids who still have things in their bookbags from the first of the year. It is so sad that the parents aren't more interested in their child's education.
