Energy boost

I have been exhausted all day and have spent most of the day lounging or napping. It is almost bedtime but does anyone have any suggestions to boost my energy level if I feel the same tomorrow?

  • Try eating a piece of fruit as soon as you wake up. Like a banana or some strawberries. and believe it or not, a 15 min walk (like around the block?) can really help with energy levels. Try not to use Caffeine because it will just make you more tired when it wears off.
