  • Tofu, Tempeh, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, RAW Protein Powder, Ormus Greens, Mustard Greens, Broccoli, Azuki Beans, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, White Beans, Chickpeas, Hummus, Cow's Milk, Goat's Milk, Spirulina (Blue Green Algae), Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seed (complete), Pumpkin Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Bee Pollen, Vegetables in general have lots of amino acids (the building blocks of protein).

Soak your nuts and beans!  Get all your amino acids throughout the day and your body will form proteins on your behalf!

  • Cambell's "bean with bacon" soup and "split pea" soup. .. yummy!

Also try some protein bars, like Clif Builders that have 20 grams of protein and 270 calories.

Buy bread with nuts, and you can get as much as 6 grams per slice!

  • All whole foods have protein! Eating too much protein can leach calcium and other important nutrients from the body.

    tofu
    nuts and nut butters
    seaweed
    quinoa
whole grains (like brown rice and whole wheat pastas)
    romaine lettuce
    beans
    lentils
    alfalfa sprouts
    spinach
    mushrooms

  • No one mentioned eggs yet - probably the cheapest cost protein there is, and can be made in a variety of ways. Yum.
