Tofu, Tempeh, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, RAW Protein Powder, Ormus Greens, Mustard Greens, Broccoli, Azuki Beans, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, White Beans, Chickpeas, Hummus, Cow's Milk, Goat's Milk, Spirulina (Blue Green Algae), Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seed (complete), Pumpkin Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Bee Pollen, Vegetables in general have lots of amino acids (the building blocks of protein).
