Is this a normal part of teething? Should I be concerned?

I noticed when ds was still drinking from the bottle he would have a hard time sucking---like it would fall loosely from his mouth(when teething)He is now almost 10 months and takes the sippy. Tonight I noticed him doing the same thing. I also noticed him pushing his food out with his tongue when he is not full btw. He was tongue tied and birth and had the surgy . He does great otherwise and this does not happen often but I am wondering what the problem is..thanks

He has been drinking from open cup btw(mostly).

  • I have no idea, but it doesn't sound like anything to be concerned about. He may just be exploring and figuring out all the different things he can do with his mouth and tongue! :D
