Do you spray your perfume on your daughter too?

I do! lol
Aubrey is almost 2(in about a week)
And when I'm getting ready to go somewhere, she always sits in the bathroom and watches me get ready...I put on lipstick..she must have some too...I put on some blusher..she must have some too..I spray my perfume..she must have a squirt too, lol.
Its so cute, i love it! Its like we have our own little ritual going on,lol.

  • That's cute, and you guys are probably having some great bonding time. My daughter is just a nine month old peanut, so no I don't do it, but when she's older I could see giving her a spritz.

  • Any spritzes I have are homemade with essential oils.....but I don't spray her. When she wants lipstick or lipbalm that she sees me using I only pretend...the cap is on when I put it on her lips.

  • No, I dont' wear perfume because it makes my husband throat constrict lol. My daughter has uber sensitive skin and gets contact dermatitis very easily, so if she wears it (she's 11) it can only be on her clothes, not her body

  • My grandmother used to do that to me. Now I only use organic perfumes without all the noxious chemicals. Occasionally, I'll rub my freshly scented wrists against my daughters' to let them smell a bit like me without using up any more of the cashy organic good stuff.

  • No, but she usually smells like me anyway from me hugging on her and having her close to my body. I worry about the chemicals on their skin when they're that young.

  • aw I miss those moments with my daughter when she was little I would do the same thing. Now she just gets whatever I have and helps herself, even after I've told her to ask before she takes.

  • No i wouldnt do that. My daughter has very sensitive skin. I might pretned to spray some on her if she wanted some.

  • Sounds fun! I never did perfume because I don't wear it, but my daughter always loved to put make up on.

  • Yes! I do with both my girls =) We shower together and then after we get out we all powder up, spray on body spray (of their choice), then a spritz of perfume (also of their choice). Mine love it as well.
